These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SubSifter ("the Service"), operated by Uptimize Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SubSifter is a Reddit lead monitoring platform that discovers publicly available Reddit posts, scores them using AI for relevance to your business, and helps you draft engagement replies. The Service does not post to Reddit on your behalf. You are responsible for any content you post on Reddit or any other platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Free Tier: Includes one discovery scan. No credit card required.
Paid Plans: Starter ($20/mo), Pro ($50/mo), and Elite ($99/mo) per seat. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price change takes effect.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or deceive Reddit users or any other platform
- Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy while using insights from the Service
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or security measures
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission
- Use automated tools to access the Service outside of the provided interface and API
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses third-party AI models to score posts and generate reply drafts. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions. You should not rely on AI scores or drafts without your own review and judgment.
6. Reddit Data
The Service accesses publicly available Reddit content through Reddit's public RSS feeds and search functionality. We do not access private Reddit data, direct messages, or account information. Your use of Reddit is governed by Reddit's own Terms of Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Uptimize Solutions LLC. Your brand profiles, configuration, and feedback data remain your property. Reddit posts displayed in the Service are the property of their respective authors.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (Reddit, AI providers, Stripe) whose availability is outside our control. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptimize Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
