Uptimize Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates SubSifter ("the Service"), a Reddit lead monitoring platform available at subsifter.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash). If you sign in via Google, GitHub, or Microsoft, we receive your name and email from the OAuth provider. We do not receive or store your OAuth password.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including scan schedules, feedback actions, and feature usage. This helps us improve the product and provide support.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your account.
Reddit Data: The Service reads publicly available Reddit posts and comments via Reddit's public RSS feeds and search API. We do not access your Reddit account, and we do not post to Reddit on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To process your subscription and billing
- To send notifications about scan results (email, Slack, Teams, Discord) based on your preferences
- To improve the Service and develop new features
- To respond to support requests
3. AI Processing
The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to score Reddit posts and generate reply drafts. Post content from public Reddit data is sent to these AI providers for processing. We do not send your personal information, account details, or private data to AI providers. AI-generated reply drafts are suggestions only; you review and post them yourself.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe for payment processing
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for post scoring and reply generation, using only public Reddit content
- Notification services (email SMTP, Slack, Teams, Discord) as configured by you
5. Data Retention
Discovered posts and scores are retained based on your subscription tier:
- Starter: 30 days
- Pro: 90 days
- Elite: 1 year
Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS encryption in transit, HttpOnly session cookies, and secure database access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. This is an essential cookie required for the Service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data (CSV export available on Pro and Elite plans)
- Withdraw consent at any time by closing your account
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
